# Sessions

Trading sessions are especially useful for retail traders because they help identify when the market offers the best trading conditions. During major sessions like London and New York, higher institutional activity increases liquidity and volatility, which often leads to tighter spreads, smoother price movement, and faster order execution. \
\
This can reduce trading costs, improve entries and exits, and create more reliable opportunities compared to quieter market hours with low volume and unpredictable movement.

Users can enable and display the following key sessions:

* Asia
* NY
* London

Once select users will see blocks of highlighted sesions.

### **Settings**

* Users can enable the high and low of the session opening to see key market activity and where interest is being shown.
* Signals show breakouts of these high and low levels. A breakout from this market structure is highly meaninful and indicates a market bias.
* Volume data reveals the relative bull and bear activity during the session
* Lvl2 confirmation produces and filters signals only if there is enough confirmation and the breakout of the range is confirmed with volume and price action.
* Timeframe - users can adjust the window detection timeframes.
