# Common Issues and Solutions

<details>

<summary>Why do I see a red lock next to my indicators?</summary>

If you're a ChartPrime customer and connected your accounts; this is likely a visual bug; click on the indicator and it should load as normal. If not; it's possible you connected the wrong TradingView username or lost access for some other reason. Please contact support via our discord if this is the case.

<details>

<summary>My indicators keep vanishing</summary>

If your indicators keep vanishing from your chart; it's likely they are crashing. Try removing and re-adding them for a fresh start.

</details>

<details>

<summary>My alerts aren't working</summary>

This is likely due to the alert not being set correctly. Ensure this is correct with our team in discord.

</details>

<details>

<summary>TradingView says I can't add your indicators?</summary>

This is likely due to your TradingView plan not being high enough. TradingView's free plan allows for 2 indicators to be added at a time. ChartPrime works 100% with free TradingView however to load all indicators at once you will need a paid plan.
